Dress Style Book by Keiko Nonaka

I was gifted this book by a colleague. It was a pleasant surprise as all the styles in the book are very me.

In essence you can make 32 type of dresses from 8 basic pattern.

The book starts with the plain pattern with fabric suggestion

Then with the colored version

I think the low waist version should be v flattering! Love this!

I am envisioning unique work wear. no more disappointing blog shop dress!

Speaking of which I have been working on my first dress which I took drafting lessons on.

I have yet to attach the zip and finish the hem. Simply too busy of late.

With this inspirational book, I will aim to accomplish the dress by end April,
